The Harris Arts Center is an exciting, creative, and dynamic multi-use facility! Annually, it provides more than 40,000 arts experiences to our community. Every year the events differ however, you can always count on our three annual events; Spring Baskets, Georgia String Band Festival, and Festival of Trees!

Donate your time by volunteering at the Harris Arts Center. The HAC relies on volunteers for day-to-day activities, fundraisers, events, and much more.

Attend and support our events throughout the year. We have a painting class, Chorus Concert, and Band Concert THIS MONTH!

Shop our Art Market when you need a gift or want to add to your art collection. All the items in the shop are handcrafted and created by LOCAL ARTISTS! Supporting the HAC Art Market supports your neighbors and more.

Keep the history alive by learning about Roland Hayes, The Georgia Yellow Hammers, and the Baxter Brothers. Take a stop at our FREE Roland Hayes Museum and share it with others.
Membership @ the Harris Arts Center
Membership to the Harris Arts Center helps us support, promote, and celebrate the arts and talents of Calhoun, Gordon County, and the surrounding areas through concerts, theatrical performances, art exhibits, and educational programs. It also allows us to honor the legacy of Roland Hayes and showcase local creativity through events like Acoustic Café, the Georgia String Band Festival, and youth art and theater camps. As a member, you’ll enjoy the lowest ticket prices, class discounts, exclusive emails, and quarterly postcards.
