Slow Flow is a yoga class that is good for all – beginners to experienced yogis. Lacie Tidwell will guide the class into relaxed environment for everyBODY to move. You will move gently as you are guided through a series of poses, connecting your movement with your breath. Options will be given to adjust poses for your unique body. Come with an open mind and willingness to try new poses and leave with the feeling being balanced – body, mind and spirit!
