The Harris Arts Center is delighted to host every SilverSneakers Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings with instructor Linda Gordy at 9am. SilverSneakers is a fitness and wellness program offered to seniors that helps you get active, stay fit, and connect with others. Some insurance plans cover the class, however anyone is welcome for a price of $4 per class.
