Charcuterie Styling

Charcuterie Styling returns to the Harris Arts Center for a second month. Brittney Bullock, owner of The Sweet Table, is back to guide participants through how to assemble their very own charcuterie board on Saturday, March 12, from 11a.m.-1p.m. This is the perfect class to do with your significant other, friends, family or coworkers. Learn how to build an aesthetic presentation using a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits and nuts then take the board home and enjoy the fruits of your labor. All supplies and ingredients will be provided to assemble your personal charcuterie board.

Cost of the class is $80 per board (up to two attendees per board) for nonmembers and $75 per board for HAC members. Participants must be 21 or older and are welcome to bring their own wine. Register for class at the HAC on 212 South Wall Street in downtown Calhoun or by calling 706-629-2599. Registration is required by March 8.
