The 2026 Northwest Georgia High School Shakespeare Showcase
This is an invitation to bring Shakespeare to life on stage!
Open to all High School Students in Northwest Georgia, you are invited to submit video auditions to be selected to perform at the 2026 Northwest Georgia High School Shakespeare showcase at the Harris Arts Center!
What we are looking for:
- Shakespearean Monologues
- Shakespearean Sonnets
- Group Scenes from Shakespeare’s Plays
- Original Performances Inspired by Shakespeare (Contemporary, Abstract, Physical, Musical, or Reimagined)
Who we are looking for:
- High School Students (Grades 9-12)
- Solo Performers
- Duo Performers
- Small Group Ensembles (Groups of 3-9)
- Large Group Ensembles (Groups of 10+)
How it works:
- Prepare your performance
- Record a video audition
- Submit your performance to www.harrisartscenter.com/ACT
- Selected performers will be invited to perform LIVE at the showcase on March 14th, 2026 beginning at 6p.m. Tickets will be available to watch showcase entries.
