You are viewing the “Art Talk” page – a forum to provide updates on upcoming events and more in-depth information about annual events and fundraisers. Entries will be available to reference for one year.
The Home Page allows access to a current events top bar and calendar, a membership form, volunteer opportunities form, and various tabs that will guide your exploration of the exciting and myriad aspects of the arts center.
We invite you to “mouse over” the Guilds tab to discover the volunteer divisions that comprise the heart of our programming. Whether your interest lies in visual arts, theater, community chorus, or concerts, you will find intriguing avenues of creativity.
The Special Events tab lists annual entertainment opportunities, scheduled events that are not yet listed in the current events top bar, and those that do not fall under the auspices of divisions. Click on an individual listing for more detailed information.
The HAC is home to the Roland Hayes Museum. Admission is free and the Roland Hayes tab provides historical content about the remarkable life and career of a beloved native son and the museum dedicated to his legacy.
Learn something new! Refer to the Classes tab for a list of ongoing classes or special workshops.
Purchasing tickets is now easier with the Eventbrite app. Patrons may purchase tickets to any show with the added bonus of searching HAC events on Eventbrite. Top line tabs disappear on the Eventbrite page – to return to the Home Page, simply click on the back button at the top left of your screen.
Use the Staff tab to contact our Executive Director, Business Manager, or Programming Coordinator, each of whom are pleased to assist you. Center hours, email and phone number may be found here.
Please visit our site often and then visit in person to enjoy memorable events and shows. Help keep the arts vibrant in our community. Thank you to our members, who enjoy discounted ticket and class pricing.
