Art Camp 7-13

Art Camp will be done in two sessions this year!
Session 1: June 12 through 16 — Ages 7 to 9, 9-11:30am and Ages 10-13, 1-3:30pm
Session 2: June 19 through 23– Ages 10-13, 9-11:30am and Ages 7 to 9, 1-3:30pm
Students will explore art fundamentals by experiencing drawing, painting, mixed media and clay techniques. Each camper leaves with 3 to 4 finished pieces. On Friday afternoon at the end of the session, the young artists are honored with a reception for parents and friends. Children take great pride in seeing their work displayed in an “adult” setting.
Creativity can be a little messy. We advise parents to send children in clothing that will not be ruined by paint spills. Children will take a short break each day with a snack and drink provided daily.
Price for camp is $115 for HAC members and $125 for not-yet members includes all supplies, snacks and camp shirt. Campers can be registered in person at the HAC or by calling 706 629-2599. All children must have completed pre-k. Registration ends May 31.
